Open it, and the video plays. No app, no QR code, no instructions. The 5 inch video brochure is built to an A5 format — slim enough to fit a jacket pocket or a standard mailer, substantial enough to feel like a real marketing piece when it lands in someone’s hands. Most orders start as small pilot batches before scaling. Whether you need a single sample or a production run of several hundred, it ships off the same line at the same quality standard.
All units are manufactured in-house at our Shenzhen facility.

Every 5 inch video brochure is configured along three dimensions — memory, controls, and cover finish — to match how it will actually be used.
Memory starts at 128MB and scales to 256MB, 1GB, or 4GB for longer or higher-resolution content. We default new customers to 128MB for a reason: standard H.264 video fits roughly 8–12 minutes of HD content in that space, and that covers what more than 90% of orders actually need. Property walkthroughs, product demos, and investor pitches rarely run longer than that — and a smaller memory chip keeps unit cost down. If your content runs longer or you’re working in 4K, we’ll size memory accordingly during the quote process.
Controls range from fully automatic to fully navigable. A 0-button configuration plays automatically the moment the cover opens — the standard choice for real estate and gifting, where you want zero friction between “open” and “watch.” A 1–3 button setup adds play/pause and volume control, suited to sales presentations where the recipient might want to rewatch a section. For multi-video or multi-chapter use — training materials, multi-product catalogs — we support control systems with up to 11 buttons, covering chapter navigation, fast forward/rewind, and switching between separate video files.
Cover finish ranges from a soft-cover laminate to a hardcover with a debossed leather texture, depending on how premium the piece needs to feel for its use case.
Covers are printed full-color (CMYK), and we accept artwork in AI, PDF, or CDR format.
If you don’t have a finished design, we provide free templates and can lay out simple designs at no extra charge.
Most customers choose standard CMYK print with matte lamination for corporate use.
Beyond standard print, we offer premium finishing options: gloss lamination, foil stamping, and spot UV coating on specific cover elements.

This is easier to explain with real orders than with a sales pitch.
A real estate brokerage in Arizona first reached out wanting to test a single sample unit. Once they confirmed the sample met their needs, they placed an order for 50 units — black covers, their logo printed in white, 128MB memory. From payment confirmation to production completion took about 10 days — a standard production window for this size and configuration — and the order shipped DDP, with duties and customs handled on our end before it reached them.
Separately, a real estate brokerage in Missouri placed an order for just 25 units with a fully custom cover. Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece, and we don’t push customers toward larger volumes than what they actually need.
Real estate agents use it in place of a standard listing brochure — the video plays automatically the moment a prospective buyer opens it, with no instructions required. It’s the format we ship most frequently to individual agents and small teams, typically in the 25–500 unit range.
Marketing teams and brand managers order it for product launches, trade show packages, and first-touch client kits, where the goal is to make the piece feel like something worth keeping rather than something that goes straight in the bin.
Agencies and commercial printers buy blank units in volume, then print and resell under their own branding. Contact us to discuss how we typically structure those relationships.

Cover files should be supplied in AI, PDF, or CDR format, with a 3mm bleed and 300 DPI minimum resolution for print areas. Video files should be MP4 (H.264), sized to fit your selected memory tier. If you don’t have finished artwork, we provide free design templates and can handle simple layouts at no charge.

We’ve shipped to real estate teams in Arizona and Missouri, marketing agencies across the US and UK, and commercial printers buying blank units for resale. Small batches get the same production standard as large ones.
